- The AVP E-Commerce is responsible for strategically developing and flawlessly executing the ecommerce growth and engagement, in alignment with the overall company strategy and business objectives, for Lane Bryant.
- They will collaborate with Merchandising and Marketing to define strategies for the online channel that support the brand and stores as well as drive the ecommerce business with a focus on increasing the conversion rate and UPT.
