- The Assistant to the Vice President for Inclusion and Belonging provides a wide variety of administrative, secretarial, and program support to the Vice President and the Office of Institutional Equity & Inclusion, including serving as the primary point of contact for the office.
- Provides administrative support for the Vice President of Inclusion and Belonging, the Office of Institutional Equity & Inclusion, and the committees on which the Vice President and Director of the Office of Institutional Equity & Inclusion serve or chair.
- This role is also responsible for the oversight, planning, and execution of meetings and events hosted or co-hosted by the Vice President and the Office of Institutional Equity & Inclusion.
- Provides support for the Vice President and the Director for the Office of Institutional Equity & Inclusion, to include screening and handling telephone and email communications, greeting and directing visitors.
- Responds to meeting requests for the Vice President and under the direction of the Vice President responds to requests to attend, speak and/or present at meetings and events on and off campus.
