- Assistant Executive StewardThe Assistant Executive Steward will assist the Executive Steward and the Food & Beverage leadership team to ensure sanitation, cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, china, glassware and flatware.
- Major areas of responsibility/ management include, but are not limited to:Primary responsibilities include assisting the Executive Steward in hiring, training and supervising the hotel’s Stewarding department.
- Evaluate performance; lend guidance, leadership, and discipline as needed with assistance from the Executive Steward.
- Ensure all ware washing equipment and equipment in the kitchen is clean and in proper working condition, review daily cleanliness practices with stewarding team and keep up with daily cleaning schedule.
- Maintain cleanliness of all back of the house areas including kitchens and walk- ins.
