- The Human Resources Manager plans, administers, and oversees all human resources functions, across all Digital United LLCs agencies, including employee engagement, employee relations, employee development, talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, onboarding / offboarding, and compliance.
- Responsible for developing HR plans, managing HR operations, analyzing HR metrics, and overseeing HR programs, this role collaborates closely with senior leadership to implement HR strategies designed to drive company culture and support the achievement of overall company objectives.
- Manage HR Operations: Oversee recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching, and counseling of staff.
- Partner with Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to develop Total Rewards/Pay philosophy, review compensation and benefits market data, and monitor pay practices.
