- Human Resources Manager with 7 – 10+ years of experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services firm
- The Human Resources Manager works with the US Managing Partner and Director of Administration to develop and administer human resources plans and procedures and contributes to the development and implementation of Human Resources (“HR”) goals, objectives, and systems.
- The Human Resources Manager also oversees and administers the firm’s benefits program and payroll functions and ensures compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations.
- The ideal candidate must have 7-10 + years of experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services firm in a HR or payroll manager function, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
- They must have outstanding attention to detail, strong organizational, teamwork and communication skills (written and oral), a demonstrated ability to propose ideas and solutions, listen actively, take initiative, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
