- Work under direction of the Director of Workplace Investigations and Compliance, todrive high-quality employee relations counsel and support anddeliver positive employee relations-related training to aid in minimizing workplace conflicts
- Functions in this group include CIO/Global Information Technology, Diode, ESH&S, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Risk Management, and Government Affairs and Real Estate and Building Services.
- Assist Construction Field Leaders and HR in managing routine employee relations issues including performance issues, reductions in force, and complaints and investigations that resolve problems and reduce legal risks
- Ability to deliver training around EEO compliance, progressive discipline and performance management aimed at building positive employee relations
- All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
