- Recovery Coach reports directly to the Lead Recovery Coach and will work collaboratively alongside the medical team, including medical providers and medical assistants, as well at the therapy team.
- Our approach to addiction is comprehensive, evidence-based and individualized, drawing on every tool that has been proven effective: medical treatment, education, psychiatry, professional counseling, testing/monitoring and peer support services.
- Responsibilities of the Recovery Coach include patient engagement, peer support, education regarding programs, accurate documentation in eCW, care coordination, and assistance with referrals.
- Prepare lab samples for Precision and LabCorp
- Completed 72-hour PRS training required by DBHDS.
