Knowledge of digital cartography, image processing, computer technology, geographic information systems (GIS), geospatial production techniques, remote sensing, and photogrammetry. Using tools like ArcGIS, QTModeler, and SocetGXP, you will take data from multiple sources to provide geospatial and imagery intelligence solutions, including density graphics, heat maps, and terrain analyses.

Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) with remote sensing experience. Experience in Lidar processing and elevation model creation/manipulation, hydrography, or other remote sensing processing, development, and QA/QC.

Expertise in photogrammetry, remote sensing, image processing, or regional expertise is also desirable. + Proficiency with ArcGIS, ArcSDE, ArcView, ArcIMS, ArcTools, the Integrated Exploitation Capability (IEC) system, SocetSet, TerraExplorer/Builder, RemoteView, ERDAS IMAGINE, MRSID, VB/VBA (or some other object-oriented programming/scripting language), Oracle and other appropriate software to analyze geospatial data.

Bachelor's degree in geography, cartography, oceanography, remote sensing or related field or US Military related discipline; additional experience can be used as a substitute for education.

Demonstrated expertise in photogrammetry, remote sensing, image science, information sciences, geographic information systems, geomatics, or related fields. The Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA) designs, develops, and applies a variety of decision analytics, mathematical and statistical techniques, data mining, modeling and simulation, and other analytic methods combined with military and / or IC judgment to address operational and planning challenges to facilitate senior leadership decisions.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: A. Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Foreign Area Studies, Geography, History, International Affairs, International Studies, Military Science, Physical Science, Political Science, Remote Sensing, or a related field.
