The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a significant revenue business, optimizing cash management, and building world-class FP&A and treasury functions to support expansion. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong foundation in FP&A, treasury/cash management, and accounting, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The VP, Finance will also be expected to have a low ego, collaborative leadership style that is aligned with a mission-driven culture. Applicants for the VP, Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an MBA or Master's from a top-tier school. A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive finance leadership, including CFO experience, is required, along with 2-3 years in investment banking, Big 4 consulting, or management consulting. The role involves building and scaling the FP&A team, implementing advanced forecasting and reporting tools, establishing a Treasury Management function, and enhancing cash forecasting.
