The successful candidate will be responsible for executing operational accounting assessments for subsidiaries and affiliates, including onboarding evaluations and analysis of financial reporting practices. This role also involves orchestrating financial due diligence, post-merger integration, and working closely with divisional leadership on various financial matters. The VP will be instrumental in advancing the M&A playbook, formulating accounting policies, and serving as a technical resource for subsidiary CFOs and Controllers. Applicants must have a minimum of 20 years' of relevant experience, with a strong background in accounting operations. Technical accounting and M&A exposure are advantageous. The role requires a CPA and demands a professional with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The VP will be expected to direct special initiatives, contribute to the annual external audit process, and ensure policy compliance in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
