The successful candidate will be part of the executive team and will be responsible for overseeing a significant revenue business, optimizing cash management, and building top-tier FP&A and treasury functions to support the company's expansion. This role demands a strategic leader with a strong background in FP&A, treasury/cash management, and accounting, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The VP, Finance will also be instrumental in driving process improvements and must possess a low ego, collaborative leadership style that is in line with the mission-driven culture of the company. Applicants for the VP, Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an MBA or Master's from a top-tier school. A minimum of 8-10 years' of progressive finance leadership experience, including a background as a CFO, is required. Additionally, the role calls for 2-3 years' experience in investment banking, Big 4 consulting, or management consulting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling FP&A teams, implementing advanced forecasting and reporting tools, and establishing a Treasury Management function.
