The successful candidate will be responsible for building this function from the ground up, establishing a strong budgeting and forecasting discipline, and leading cash flow forecasting and liquidity management. Additionally, the role involves overseeing audit relationships, managing investor relations, and leading the financing strategy and capital structure planning. The VP of Finance will also be involved in pre-acquisition diligence, integration, and will work closely with the CEO on various financial reporting and performance updates. Applicants must have a strong financial acumen with experience in high-growth environments, the ability to build FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow models, and experience with debt-financed businesses and capital allocation. A hands-on leadership style, strong Excel and financial modeling skills, and the ability to operate in a complex environment with multiple systems and acquisitions are essential.
