Key responsibilities also include cash management, financial planning, capital plan preparation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting and internal controls. Candidates for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA, MBA, or Master's in a related field preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior financial leadership within a hospital or large healthcare organization is required, with a proven track record in financial strategy, budgeting, and operational performance improvement. Experience in revenue cycle improvement is also preferred. The role demands an individual with executive-level healthcare finance leadership experience, a strong operational finance background, and the ability to drive performance metrics.
