Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Step into a pivotal contract opportunity in a vibrant school community near Georgetown, IL, as a full-time School Psychologist for the 2026–27 school year. You'll support either junior high (7th–8th grade) or elementary (K–4) students, providing expertise in special education processes, assessment, and intervention. This assignment runs approximately from mid-August 2026 to early June 2027, offering a stable schedule of 35 hours each week.What You'll Bring:Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist in IllinoisDemonstrated experience with Illinois' IDEA rules and special education regulationsStrong grasp of MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) and related processesProficiency in managing special education evaluation timelines, progress monitoring, and manifestation determinationsExpertise in scheduling and leading domain meetings, EDCs (Eligibility Determination Conferences), and annual reviewsIn-depth understanding of IEP and 504 plan development and implementationPractical experience with assessment platforms including Q-global, FastBridge, and Google DocsResponsibilities Include:Conducting comprehensive psychological and educational assessmentsCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams to craft and monitor IEPs, 504s, and behavior interventionsLeading and facilitating meetings related to eligibility, domain, and progress monitoring efficientlyAssisting with MTSS interventions and supporting schoolwide mental health initiativesProviding consultation and support for manifestation determinations and special education complianceMake an impact by guiding students, families, and educators through meaningful assessment and intervention processes.
