You'll help process policies, explain coverage, and maintain detailed client records while serving as a reliable point of contact for client questions and service needs.This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced, service-driven environment.A Day in This RoleAssist new and existing clients with general insurance information and service inquiriesWork directly with sales agents to support policy processing and client needsProcess quotes, applications, and policy changes accurately and efficientlyDeliver policies and assist with follow-up and coverage reviewsProvide prompt, friendly, and professional customer service by phone and emailRespond to questions regarding coverage, eligibility, billing, and claims supportMaintain accurate client records and follow agency guidelines and processesParticipate in training and ongoing professional developmentLicense InformationActive 4-40 Customer Service Representative license Required.What We're Looking For1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experienceFluent in English and Spanish (required)Professional, dependable, and customer-focusedStrong communication, organization, and time management skillsDetail-oriented and comfortable handling a high volume of callsAble to work independently while collaborating with a teamOpen to feedback, coaching, and continuous learningHigh school diploma or GED requiredPay & BenefitsCompensation of $15 - $16 per hour with eligibility for bonus incentivesPaid training and full licensing reimbursementDental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and paid holidaysSupportive, respectful, and team-oriented work environmentJob DetailsLocation: 3399 NW 72nd Ave #212, Miami, FL 33122Department: SalesEmployment Type: Full-TimeCore Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PMExperience Level: Entry-LevelReady to Apply?
