Paralegal

Sellars, Marion, Bachi, Contri & Kantor, P.A., a well-established civil defense law firm with over 30 years of experience in West Palm Beach, Florida, is seeking a Paralegal to join our team. Our firm specializes in defending cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, construction defects, and professional licensing.The Paralegal role includes managing case files, drafting pleadings and discovery, communicating with clients, insurers, and experts, and ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines throughout litigation. They will also conduct draft correspondence, and assist with trial preparation.Minimum of 2 years experience as a Paralegal. Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures, proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work effectively in a team environment.Salary based on experience and full benefitsInterested candidates should submit their resume, and references for consideration.
