Litigation Paralegal

Job OverviewThe Litigation Paralegal will support multiple senior attorneys and assist in all aspects of litigation, including document preparation, case management, and coordination of court filings and deadlines. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as primary paralegal supporting multiple senior litigation attorneysPrepare, format, finalize, file, and serve legal documentsE-file documents in federal and state courts and prepare courtesy copiesPrepare tables of contents and authorities and assist with cite-checkingManage attorney calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate court appearances and meetingsArrange depositions, including scheduling, coordinating participants, and preparing exhibits and bindersPrepare basic legal documents using templates (subpoenas, discovery requests, court forms, etc.)Organize and maintain physical and electronic case filesCompile materials for client meetings, mediations, arbitrations, and trialsAssist with document production, including organization and Bates stampingCommunicate with courts, clients, opposing counsel, and vendorsProcess incoming and outgoing mail and assist with general administrative tasks as neededAnswer firm phone lines as neededQualifications2+ years of litigation paralegal or legal assistant experienceAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with e-filing in federal courts strongly preferredExperience e-filing in New York and New Jersey state courts required; Pennsylvania experience a plusFamiliarity with document management systems, CRM systems, and time entry systemsExperience with Westlaw research and cite-checkingStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlinesPositive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to work overtime as neededBenefits401(k) with employer matchingHealth, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible spending account (FSA)Life insurancePaid time off and sick leaveParental leaveProfessional development supportFree parking
