Paralegal

Herrman & Herrman, P.L.L.C. Is looking for an experienced Paralegal to be a part of our growing firm.The individual must be able to work independently, essentially detail oriented, organized, and a team player. This person must also be a self-starter, efficient, and possess the ability to manage a high docket count under the supervision of an attorney.Job duties include but are not limited to:Drafting Discovery requests and responsesDrafting motionsPreparing for trialScheduling depositionsScheduling Court Dates and Client MeetingsMeeting with ClientsUsing a Web-based Case Management SystemThis is a full time position. Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday.
