Deliver safe, evidence-based perioperative nursing care to patients throughout the surgical process. Prepare, organize, and maintain the operating room, ensuring sterile conditions and equipment readiness. Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other team members during operative procedures. Anticipate surgical team needs and respond promptly to changes in patient status. Monitor and document patient vital signs, anesthesia response, and intraoperative events accurately. Adhere strictly to infection control, safety, and aseptic protocols. Assist with patient positioning, surgical counts, and equipment management. Participate in call rotations and provide on-call support per assignment requirements. Support surgical turnover and ensure readiness for subsequent procedures.
