In Milans structured clinic environment, youll combine medical expertise, patient education, and compassionate care to ensure every client feels informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their journey.Supported by a collaborative team and steady client demand, youll enjoy predictable schedules, professional growth opportunities, and the satisfaction of seeing visible results that transform clients confidence.Your Ability to Make a Difference:Clinical Care: Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.Client Education & Influence: Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.Client Experience: Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident. Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.Clinic Operations: Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.Team Collaboration: Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Communicate scheduling updates and model Milans standards of professionalism.Position Responsibilities:Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milans established medical protocolsEducate clients on pre and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective resultsDocument treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical recordsPrepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flowMaintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatmentsDiscuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriateEncourage client reviews and referrals through excellent serviceSupport daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client recordsAssist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparationPerform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performanceCollaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfactionRequirements:Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standingPassion for providing exceptional patient care and client serviceStrong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidentlyAbility to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocolsInterest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building resultsAfter completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providersBenefits Include:Medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance within 30 days401k retirement plan with vested employer matchPaid time off starting immediatelyEmployee and spouse or legal partner receive free laser hair removal servicesProfessional liability insurance providedCEU reimbursementAnnual allowance for scrubsCommission opportunitiesCareer advancement opportunitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
