ID: 74567912 Shift: 19:00-07:00 Description: Description: General CommentsUnit Information: (Oncology ICU) Location: 7ES forest lane Dallas Texas, 75230 Floor: 7 Building E General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 10 Number of Staff 4 Type of staff: o Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)- 1 charge and RNS according to census. No techs o Night Shift - 1 charge and nurses according to census, no techs Patient Ratios 2:1 Type of equipment - Vent, CRRT, A-line, Bipap, Flow-track, IV pumps EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Strong ICU experience, titrating drips, pts on vents Bipap pts Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. CRRT experience Transplant experience (Kidney, Pancreas, Liver) List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Care of the critically ill patient Total care- turning, titrating drips, dressing changes, trach care Best personality Fit: Compassionate, work well with others, good rapport with physicians. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: ACLS, BLS Floating Area(s): All ICUs, PCU, BMT Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Blue scrubs Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
