This position leads delivery strategy, fleet oversight, warehouse coordination, and team performance to ensure timely delivery to retail and wholesale customers.You'll oversee delivery drivers and logistics staff, design and adjust delivery networks as demand evolves, and help create scalable systems that support growth across locations. Success in this role requires operational thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and manage delivery networks that support safe, timely, and efficient product distributionOversee fleet operations across multiple locations, including maintenance tracking, service levels, and performance metricsLead, coach, and develop delivery drivers and logistics team membersCoordinate driver schedules, routes, delivery windows, and warehouse hours to meet operational needsEnsure inventory is received, tracked, manifested, and transferred accurately in accordance with state requirementsMaintain inventory records, cycle counts, and vault accuracyCollaborate with sales, production, and lab teams to ensure smooth inventory flow between departmentsSupport preparation of manifests and delivery documentationMonitor and support Logistics Coordinators in daily operational tasksPartner with accounting to ensure timely and accurate invoice processingConduct ongoing process improvements to ensure logistics strategies remain scalable as demand growsMaintain professionalism and composure during high-volume or high-pressure situations while setting a positive tone for the teamLeadership & CollaborationThis role requires someone who can lead from the front and build strong partnerships across teams. The Logistics Supervisor is expected to:Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and leadershipFoster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and problem-solvingSupport and train new team members by sharing best practicesBalance operational demands while keeping team morale and performance strongEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience3-5 years of experience leading daily logistics or delivery operationsExperience managing warehouse operations, delivery schedules, and inventory accuracyStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt quicklyProfessional communication and interpersonal skillsValid driver's license or state-issued ID requiredAbility to meet NJ cannabis affiliation requirementsExperience working in highly regulated environments preferredWork Environment & Physical ExpectationsOn-site role supporting operational facilitiesRequires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, and occasional push/pull demandsExposure to warehouse and cultivation environments, including natural aromas and operational noisePPE is provided and expected when required
