Job Description Bulkmatic is currently hiring aTransportation Coordinatorwho will assist the Terminal Manager with the daily administrative responsibilities related to transportation fulfillment, truck wash oversight and customer facility management. Job RequirementsMaintaining inventory using a variety of different inventory systemsCreating BOLs and assisting drivers picking up deliveriesCreating production schedules and adjusting as needed according to customer demandsDirecting 6-8 associates on daily tasks to meet daily production goalsOrganizing and reviewing driver's paperworkTracking and ordering raw materials and office inventoryProcessing and submitting vendor invoices for payment to Accounts ReceivableCommunicating between Terminal and other company departmentsAnswering phones and filing terminal paperworkSAP and inventory management Experience Requirements: Strong oral and written communication skillsExcellent computer and typing skillsMust be proficient in Microsoft Office; specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.Strong customer service skillsAbility to effectively communicate by emailValid driver's licenseAbility to verify past 8 years of work or education historyAt least 3 years of administrative office experience required Education Requirements: 2 year college degree preferred Benefits:We offer a comprehensive benefits package to all full time employees including paid vacation and holidays, Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, 401k with employer match, and life insurance among other benefits.
