DESKTOP SUPPORT SPECIALIST One of our global financial clients is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist in their offices in New York City. This person will be a full-time permanent employee who is expected to be in the office 3 to 4 days per week. Only send your resume to us if you can work in the office in NYC 3-4 days per week. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical assistance to computer system users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for their users in person, via phone, or remotely to the user's computer. Will assist in the use of the computer hardware and software, including printing and installation. QUALIFICATIONS: At least 3-5 years of providing desktop support in a corporate environment You must have experience with the following: MS Office Suite, O365, Windows 10/11, Bloomberg terminals, Tradeweb, and other MarketData products Identify, test, and install new network systems or upgrades to current systems, printers, software, or components Creating problem records Follow defined escalation paths Troubleshoot and be a problem solver SEND YOUR RESUME TO CLIFF@SSUSA.COM MENTION JOB 1099 IN THE SUBJECT BOX
