It is full-time employment with a salary range of $94k - $104k but eligible for overtime pay.Minium of 3 years in a Microsoft Environment. Medium to Large environment.Responsible for IT systems support as well as the administration, monitoring and maintenance of the data and telephone infrastructure for the assigned office of our client. Other duties are as follows:Manage and support technology hardware:Install upgrades as requiredTroubleshoot problems with equipment and work with vendors or other IT personnel to resolveDispose of equipment according to firm approved proceduresFollow Asset Management Procedures and update database in real-timeVideo Conferencing for inter and intra-office conferences :Set up and monitor video conferencesMaintain Video Conference equipmentProvision and decommission accounts and equipment:Provision and decommission network accountsProvision and configure mobile devices and applicable appsImage and provision new desktops and laptopsEssential Functions of Job:Provide excellent customer service and timely resolution to end-user technology issuesEffectively communicate with end-users, peers, vendors, and managementFollow best practices for hardware deployments and upgradesCreate service tickets to track technology issuesTake ownership of tickets escalated from the help deskProvide meeting support – video conferences, webinars, and presentationsMaintain office AD security and distribution groupsAdhere to Information Security policies and proceduresAssist with IT projects and initiativesQualifications and ExperienceRequired Qualifications:Experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Document Management Systems (NetDocuments), Active Directory, computer hardware maintenance and repair, printer and copier configuration and troubleshooting, MDM and iPhone/Android phone services, Zoom, Microsoft Teams.A basic understanding of Internet protocols, data connectivity methods and remote access technologies.Telephone and voicemail system training as well as wireless networking and video conferencing system knowledge a plus.Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for this position with the ability to work effectively with end-users, IT peers, vendors and managers.Individual will work as part of the Information Technology Team providing 24x7 support as needed.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years in a Microsoft Environment.
