Inventory Coordinator

Job Title: Inventory Coordinator Job Description We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to manage and maintain inventory control processes. This role is essential for ensuring accurate inventory levels and supporting the overall warehouse operations. Responsibilities Coordinate and follow up on daily cycle counts. Perform independent stock checks and verify inventory accuracy. Maintain inventory classifications and cycle count groups. Execute daily scrap transactions in the ERP system (PanaCIM/AX or similar). Review cycle count results and request and validate recounts as needed. Support warehouse supervisors with day-to-day inventory tasks. Assist with external inventory audits. Maintain and report cycle count accuracy metrics. Create Pareto analyses to identify root causes and corrective actions. Monitor progress of the ABC cycle count program. Support inventory-related projects and communicate requirements to leadership. Maintain documentation including Cycle Count Policy and QMP. Ensure compliance with all inventory processes. Essential Skills Proficiency in inventory control and counting. Experience with BOMs and auditing. Knowledge of ERP and MRP systems. Strong verbal, reading, writing, and comprehension skills. Ability to interpret and maintain proper inventory movements and accurate inventory levels. Why Work Here? Work Schedule: Monday - 8:00am to 4:30pm Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.44 - $27.22/hr.
