Safety is a priority for this client and they provide training and direction for all employees to ensure they are able to do their job safely.Job SummaryTh e Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing daily logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments and processing of Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs). This role supports inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution while ensuring all customer requirements are met. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.Job DescriptionCoordinate daily logistics and supply chain operations to meet customer delivery and accuracy requirementsManage and process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)Oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution activitiesReview shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, and customer service requirements to determine prioritiesSelect appropriate shipping methods to meet delivery schedules and cost considerationsPlan and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to internal and external customersOrganize and manage warehousing and storage of goodsEnsure shipping and receiving schedules are met efficientlyMaintain accurate records and documentation related to shipments and logistics operationsCollaborate with internal teams such as Customer Service, Operations, and Warehouse staffSkills Required1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related fieldStrong understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory processesExperience handling RMAs and coordinating shipments preferredExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication and teamwork skillsProficiency in basic computer systems and logistics software (ERP systems experience a plus)Role is safety sensitiveEducationHigh school diploma or GED required.Pay Rate$27.50 - $30.50 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
