This is a hands-on role where you will be instrumental in the smooth and accurate flow of all materials - from critical components to finished goods. You will be at the heart of our operations, directly impacting inventory accuracy, timely deliveries, and overall operational efficiency. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.What You'll Achieve:Operational ExcellenceSafely operate a company vehicle for local pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring timely and secure transportation of goods.Efficiently receive, inspect, and distribute all inbound shipments to designated departments or personnel within corporate headquarters, confirming accuracy against packing lists.Prepare and process both domestic and international shipments, including meticulous packaging, accurate labeling, and generating all necessary documentation (e.g., customs forms, commercial invoices, shipping labels).Proactively coordinate with various shipping carriers and freight forwarders to ensure optimal service and cost-effectiveness for all outbound materials.Inventory & Data ManagementAccurately record and reconcile all incoming shipments against Purchase Orders (POs) within NetSuite or other designated inventory management systems.Maintain precise and organized receipt logs, ensuring accurate tracking and timely distribution to the intended recipients.Perform regular inventory checks and contribute to maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy.Organization & CollaborationMaintain a highly organized, clean, and efficient stock room for non-inventory materials, ensuring easy access and proper storage.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, and internal Shipping/Receiving departments, to facilitate smooth material flow and resolve any logistics-related issues.Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement within logistics operations.About You:Experience/EducationMinimum 4 years of demonstrated experience in a logistics, shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory management role.High School Diploma or equivalent.Skills & AbilitiesExceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, particularly data entry and documentation.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for tracking, communication, and data entry.Prior experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/inventory management software is highly advantageous.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.Physical RequirementsPhysical ability to regularly lift and move packages weighing up to 50-60 pounds, and perform tasks requiring bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.Driving RequirementsPossession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record is essential.What We'll Offer:At Ampere we believe in taking care of our employees and providing a competitive total rewards package that includes base pay, cash long-term incentive, and comprehensive benefits.
