We do not guarantee ratios. Careful consideration is given depending on the circumstance• Equipment: bedsidetelemetry, ventilators, bipap/cpap, ventriculostomy's, Arterial lines, central lines, arctic sun, CRRT, Zoll, etc.• EMR: EPICHiring Profile:• Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year ICU, inpatient only• Preferred Skillset/Experience: care of acute stroke, trauma and surgical patients• Type of Patients on Unit: neuro, trauma, surgical• Personality Fit: We expect excellence and hold each other accountableDress Code:• Scrub Color: Black• Any unacceptable attire: anything other than above, hats, non mercy jackets/sweatshirts, air podsAuto Offer Guidelines:• Flexible Guaranteed Hours - 36 or 48 hours - must be listed on submission form• Blocked Scheduling (no specific days) may be approved based on facility requirements - must be listed on submission form• RTO of 5 days or less, must make up the week on the back end• Holiday RTO – can request only 1 per assignment• Auto Offers are contingent upon facility approval. Offer may be retracted within 48 hours by the facility.
