- This is a strategic marketing leadership role that is responsible for developing/aligning clear commercially driven strategy, compelling content and consistent execution of plans based on business objectives.
- This person will work with key business stakeholders in each destination (primarily Orlando and Hollywood) to understand business insights and partner with cross functional stakeholders to drive performance via delivery of the right content to the right audience through the right channel at the right time.
- Partner with content, media, destination, channel teams (and others) to lead coordination and integration of clear, insight driven strategic approach (right audience, right place, right context), compelling content (right message) and consistent brand execution (tone, VISID, etc.)
- Identify opportunities to improve and enhance the way individual teams within IMC (creative, media and comms planning) work together to deliver on business objectives, including forums and communications to drive cross functional collaboration, stakeholder input and leadership approval.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
