- Investigating and ensuring timely resolution of all reports of sex discrimination, sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, sexual violence, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking involving students (e.g., intake; interim support measures for complainants and respondents; investigations; gathering and assessing evidence; hearings; referrals; preparing confidential reports containing findings; record-keeping; etc
- Reviewing and, as appropriate, acting on information from campus public safety and external police records for use in formal and informal investigative processes.
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive and exemplary education and training program for employees, students, and student organizations regarding the student code of conduct and the prevention of and response to sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, sexual violence, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking.

- Serving as the Registered Student Organization (RSO) Conduct Manager (e.g., managing the unit’s response to allegations of RSO misconduct by meeting with reporting parties, conducting investigations or informal resolutions, communicating with relevant university offices, monitoring the completion of all RSO sanctions, and serving as the primary point of contact for RSO-affiliated national organizations, etc
