- Such requests include obtaining initial approval for new credit exposure (i.e., revolving credit facilities, terms loans, leases, foreign exchange products, derivatives products, and other ancillary products) and amendments to existing exposure.
- Additionally, the Portfolio Management Senior Vice President will be responsible for ongoing credit monitoring for a portfolio of Leveraged clients, reviewing legal documentation, and assisting product partners in cross-selling additional bank products.
- The Senior Vice President will be the senior team member on transactions and will manage the group’s most complex underwritings and Lead Left opportunities.
- Manage approvals regarding lending commitments, amendments, and waivers to credit facilities, as well as monitor and report to senior Credit Risk Executives the financial performance of portfolio companies.
- Monitor accounts to determine liquidity, earnings trends, management capability and other essential information to secure the bank's position to minimize potential losses.
