- Responsible for learning the overall operations of a retail store under the direction of a Store Manager/Head Coach or District Manager.
- Facilitates community engagement and client loyalty through innovative and creative outreach
- Partners with SM to handle escalated customer service issues; supports SM in monitoring store's Loss Prevention activities and escalates concern
- Manage store inventory within GNC guidelines: receive, check, and shelve all merchandise orders in support of the customer experience in store, as well as for omni-channel customers being serviced through Buy Online Pickup in Store or Ship from Store
