- The Sr. Stock Plan Administrator works under general supervision, performing global Equity-related duties on a professional level and works closely with Legal, Finance, HR Leadership, and other Human Resources staff in supporting all team members; carrying out responsibilities.
- Stay up with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards related to equity compensation, including SEC regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR, and other departments to support the administration and execution of equity compensation programs.
- Develop and deliver training sessions or materials to educate employees on equity compensation programs, including the mechanics of stock options, PSUs/RSUs, and ESPPs∯*∯
- Work closely with external vendors, such as stock plan administrators, legal counsel, and auditors, to ensure smooth operation and compliance of stock plans.
