- The Senior Payroll Analyst will be responsible for processing and reconciliation of the payroll and tax administration processes.
- The Senior Payroll Analyst will routinely interface with HRIS, Benefits, and HR Business Partners in the execution of their responsibilities.
- Make benefit adjustments to employee records, where necessary, per advisement of Benefits Manager.
- Oversee the administration of benefit programs and ensure the enrollment of all eligible employees as it pertains to payroll deductions while teaming up with the Benefits Manager.
- Work with the Benefits Manager to analyze the current benefit programs and processes and provide recommendations to improve them.
