- The Senior Director of Human Resources (Sr. Director HR) is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the human resource's function and driving strategic initiatives to support the organization's growth and objectives.
- Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), and based in the Corporate Headquarters in Milwaukee WI, the Sr. Director HR will lead a team of HR Leaders responsible for HR business partnership with Corporate, Commercial, and Operational functions, while also serving as a critical member of the HR leadership team.
- Collaborate with the CHRO and other senior leaders to develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to leaders on all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Drive change management initiatives to support major organizational transformations, mergers and acquisitions, captain diligence process and integration management, and other strategic initiatives.
