- This position will be responsible for the strategic direction and execution of brand strategies for Health Care Professional (HCP) marketing activities for a potential rare disease launch in the US (Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia).
- This individual will have Rare Disease experience, preferably in endocrinology, pediatrics, and/or genetic diseases.
- They adopt a can-do, leadership mindset, creating organizational energy and excitement about the brand, and galvanizing cross-functional teams to buy in to brand mission.
- Develop innovative omni-channel HCP engagement tactics to amplify Field team efforts, implement a measurement plan to monitor performance, and regularly provide recommendations to pivot as needed on based data to optimize overall impact that aligns with patient services and marketing
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with key cross-functional partners, including PRC, Legal, Compliance, Patient marketing, Patient services, Market Access, Market Insights, Medical Affairs, Field, Global, and others, as appropriate
