- This position is tasked with the Advancement and Foundation office’s day-to-day operations and administrative duties for the Assistant Vice President of Advancement and Executive Director of the JALC Foundation.
- In addition, this position will work with Award Spring Donor & Scholarship Management systems and various college software systems to monitor student records and access academic and donor information.
- The advancement specialist works with the Foundation Board of Directors, organizes meetings, and records and distributes minutes.
- This position provides customer-quality services to students, faculty, staff, and John A. Logan College guests, displaying exceptional organization, professionalism, communication, and attention to detail.
- Associate’s degree from an accredited institution in a business-related field, plus four years office work experience or five years of office management experience.
