- We are looking for a Sous Chef who is dedicated and career driven to join a talented team of culinary professionals delivering an amazing experience for our members.
- Candidate will be responsible for assisting with the culinary preparation for all a la carte dining rooms, banquets and other events both on site and off site.
- The Sous Chef will work directly with and in the absence of the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef. The ideal Sous Chef is responsible for monitoring the many stations that are located in the kitchen as well as the dish panty.
- Preferred candidate should be a graduate of an accredited culinary arts program or apprenticeship program.
- The Duquesne Club is more than a fine city club, the Duquesne Club is a private oasis that transcends home and office.
