- This team member reports to the Executive Chef, and acts as their representative in their absence.
- You must be able to clearly communicate and instruct cooks in steps of prep, cooking, garnishing and presentation to achieve consistent, high quality dishes.
- You will be responsible for taking inventory, working within budgets, costing out recipes and products, and managing payroll.
- You have at least 2 years kitchen experience, and have a deep wealth of knowledge in food production, including tools, sourcing, storing and handling.
- You’re the type of person who won’t let a dish leave the pass unless it’s 100%.
