- It is the mission and intent of the Sous Chef that the incumbent will support the Chef de Cuisine in all aspects of the Main Kitchen operations for the PM shift.
- The Sous Chef must be pro-active, creative and results driven, focusing on delighting our guests.
- The Sous Chef must check and monitor that all of the standards and recipes are maintained.
- The Sous Chef incumbent should have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience, preferably in a luxury hotel property.
- Keep the Chef de Cuisine informed with the amount of daily overtime
