- Platform management: Manage multiple platforms day-to-day, including drafting posts, monitoring notifications and comments, replying to community engagement, regularly communicating with internal partners, and creating relevant post collateral; maintain editorial/content calendar daily and ensuring that daily content posted.
- Influencer Strategy: Assist in development of influencer strategy and lead its implementation in conjunction with social media manager and digital media strategist; manage and cultivate an influencer database; liaise with influencers and/or their teams; execute relationship management through social media and other channels; handle administrative tasks like billing, quality assurance, and coordinating meetings.
