- Additionally, the SB Revenue Programs Manager supports the segment leaders in planning and implementation of strategic priorities which need to be accomplished and collaborates across the Retail Bank in ensuring execution of initiatives within the Sales Enablement, Business Services, and Risk groups.
- Identify solutions, provide guidance and support on initiatives that span Retail Bank, including the Sales Enablement Team, Business Services, Strategy and Transformation, and the Risk organization — as well as other divisions across the organization including support to drive data insights and incentive reporting.
- Review and manage Small Business Banking portfolio management strategy, assignment, and assessment of portfolio growth initiatives.
- Establish communications strategy and cadence together with Internal Communications team to effectively share all Small Business-related messaging within the Bank.
- Ensure the SBB team is supporting and driving engagement with small business technical assistance organizations and financial literacy providers throughout the geographic footprint.
