- As a Senior Payroll Analyst, you will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance related to payroll regulations and reporting requirements, and facilitate open communications with our HR, Finance and Operation departments.
- Assist and serve as liaison for UKG (Payroll Provider) in conjunction with the Payroll Manager and Human Resources when system modifications or corrections are needed.
- Minimum 5-7 years of multi-state payroll experience, including in-depth knowledge of federal, state and local payroll tax regulations, garnishments, unions, prevailing wage and certified payrolls.
- Functional understanding of unions, prevailing wage and certified payroll requirements as evidenced by previous work experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including use of v-look up formulas, creation, and use of pivot tables, running and creating functions and charts.
