- 1 week paid plant shutdown between the Christmas and New Year's Day holidays
- Lead and manage the marketing communications function for key business segment(s) including development and implementation of integrated marketing communications plans that effectively educate and promote the organization and our products to customers and prospects, covering all facets of traditional and digital media.
- Leads omni-channel integrated marketing communication planning for new and existing products, including but not limited to development of value prop/positioning, creative briefs, promotions, campaigns, and all other marketing media from conception to completion, within schedules and budgets, and in accordance with our Global Brand Identity.
- Co-develop with Digital Marketing Strategist all web and social campaigns in support of business segment(s).
- Consistently research and implement new, innovative marketing ideas/trends in support of integrated marketing communications planning for new and existing products.
