- The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for innovating, leading, measuring and managing all aspects of the recruitment process to ensure the acquisition of high-quality talent that aligns with our company's strategic objectives.
- The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition designs, implements, and creates sustainable systems, processes, and procedures that provide meaningful metrics to measure and continually improve the recruitment/onboarding program and its performance.
- Partner closely with People Operations (POPS) leadership and internal teams to drive strategic planning that connects to the FOCS overall mission.
- Establish strong and collaborative partnerships within People Operations and Strategy Teams ) and hiring managers of all levels within the organization.
