- You will have ownership of planning, execution of vision for the influencer marketing and complimentary organic and paid social strategies to expand brand awareness, engagement and sales.
- Define the Away influencer and build relationships on behalf of the brand - from micro to mega talent, with a responsive eye to identifying rising stars and up and coming talent
- Architect an organic and paid influencer marketing strategy for Away, focused on brand-building tentpole moments, always-on evergreen strategy, key product launches and retail / experiential initiatives - thoughtfully considering organic engagement + reach as well as performance metrics in partnership with the growth team
- Manage existing external agency relationships - and source and onboard new resources - inclusive of influencer management, creative partners (organic/paid Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
- Define and manage influencer marketing KPIs - ensure we are meeting them and adjusting as needed.
