- Manage all HR (employee-related) functions on a consistent basis including recruiting, employee relations (hiring, onboarding, terminations), employee morale, training, performance management, employee counseling and development, benefits administration, payroll, etc.
- Manage all HR (non-employee-related) functions on a consistent basis including policy management, HR compliance, HR filings, ACA reporting, SPD for Benefits, 5500s, Summary Annual Reports, credible coverage reporting, 401K audit, quarterly audits and SOX auditing, CT-PAT audits, SedEx audits, etc.
- Manage benefits renewal process and open enrollment on an annual basis including health and wellness activities planning.
- Partner with Tax Manager on payroll reporting and hypo-tax calculations for ex-pat program in addition to any special tax initiatives.
- Partner with Internal Communications on all HR-related communication to employees.
