- This position has primary duties in the areas of monthly reports, HRIS support and administration, and administrative support to the department (including document management, benefits administration, job descriptions, training coordination & ergo evaluations).
- Process internal verifications of employment, alternate assignment to support Corporate Trainer with new employee and new management training, coordinating training courses and external resources with department leadership.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including paper and electronic file management, invoice processing, and monitoring and maintaining monthly HR reporting for sanctions check, MVR's, TB Testing, Licensure & Bilingual Skills, and other reports.
- 3 - 5 years' experience as an HR Assistant, HR Admin., Coordinator, Specialist and/or Generalist.
- Professional certification in Human Resources field (PHR, SPHR, CEBS, etc.)
