- Accountabilities: Specific areas of direct responsibilities include strategic HR planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR Policies and procedure administration, compliance, HR Metrics and reporting, employee engagement, leadership, and team management.
- Working in conjunction with the HR Director, assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective business solutions to support the current and future human resources needs for the bakery (i.e. Organizational Design, Performance Management Systems, succession planning, Health & Welfare Programs, and Employee Relations).
- Maintain a working knowledge of outside benefits, unemployment insurance and SDI. Manage site HRIS programs such as leaves of absence, terminations, and resignations utilizing Success Factors Comply with COBRA, FMLA, CFRA, ADA and the Pregnancy leave acts and ensure local state & government compliance in areas such as wage and hour, EEO/AA, and ICE. Ensure consistent administration of company policies and procedures.
